Who we are
This site and all sales are run by Individual Entrepreneur Roman Shtykh, trading as Ember Borea (identification number 300459732), registered in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia. Contact: roman.s@emberborea.com.
How an order is made
The site doesn’t take orders or payments. A form, message or call is a request, not an order. An order becomes a contract when we send you a written order confirmation or invoice — model, options, price, what the price includes, the payment terms (including any deposit) and the agreed shipping date — and you make the first payment it asks for. The price in that confirmation is fixed for your order.
Prices, taxes and duties
Prices on the site are starting prices in US dollars and don’t include taxes, duties or delivery to your address. We quote those for your destination when you place your order, and your order confirmation states exactly what is included — shipping, import duties, VAT or sales tax. Anything it doesn’t include is yours to pay.
Prices and specifications on the site can change until your order is confirmed. If a price is plainly a mistake, we’ll tell you before confirming and won’t hold you to it.
Delivery, risk and ownership
We deliver to the address in your order confirmation. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the tub is delivered; the tub becomes yours once it is paid in full. Payment, cancellation, late shipment, transit damage, returns and the warranty are covered in the Return Policy.
Installation and local rules
You are responsible for the site and the installation: a level, load-bearing base, safe distances from buildings and anything that can burn, and any permits or rules on wood-burning appliances where you live. We send installation and safety instructions with every tub and are glad to advise. Follow them — the warranty depends on it.
Product information and business estimates
We describe our products accurately, but wood grain, colour and finish vary from photos, and we may improve details between batches. Figures on the site about income, nightly rates or payback are examples of what some properties achieve, not a promise. Results depend on your property, market and how it is run.
Our liability
Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income, cancelled bookings or lost profit. None of this limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Delays beyond our control
If events we can’t reasonably control — such as natural disasters, war, strikes, border closures or carrier failures — delay an order, we’ll tell you promptly and agree a new date with you. If the delay lasts more than 8 weeks, either of us can cancel, and you get back everything you paid, deposit included.
Using this site
The text, photos and design of this site belong to Ember Borea. You may view and share pages for personal use, but not copy them for commercial use without our permission. Please don’t misuse the site or its forms, for example by sending spam or trying to break them.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If a dispute comes up, write to us first — we’ll try to settle it within 30 days.
- If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
- If you buy for a business, disputes go to the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. An order is governed by the terms in force when it was confirmed. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
